Job summary

Kavassu International General Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow our construction chemicals portfolio. You will develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with RMC plants, contractors, consultants and infrastructure developers, and drive projects from enquiry to order.

The role requires 3–5 years UAE experience, strong knowledge of concrete admixtures and PCE-based superplasticizers, and crystalline waterproofing admixtures is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction chemicals sales experience.
• Preferred experience with Sika, Fosroc, Chryso, Mapei, or BASF / Master Builders Solutions.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of concrete admixtures and PCE-based superplasticizers.
• Experience in crystalline waterproofing admixtures is highly desirable.
• Established contacts with RMC companies, contractors, consultants, and project procurement teams.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Sell concrete admixtures PCE-based superplasticizers and crystalline waterproofing admixtures.
• Develop relationships with RMC plants, batching plants, precast manufacturers, contractors, consultants and infrastructure developers.
• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical trials and demonstrations.
• Generate enquiries, submit quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into orders.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and pricing.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product approvals and site support.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain a project and customer pipeline.
