READYMIX ABU DHABI LTD LLC is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the sale of ready-mix concrete in Abu Dhabi and the western region, actively seeking new clients and maintaining relationships to achieve targets.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 3 years UAE experience in ReadyMix or construction sales, with a proven ability to close deals and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree with UAE ReadyMix experience.
• At least 3 years UAE experience in ReadyMix or construction sales.
• Proven ability to identify clients, build relationships, present solutions, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive sales of ready-mix concrete.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by line manager.
