Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research seeks an experienced Project Sales Manager to develop business with fit-out contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other construction-sector clients in Dubai. The role blends technical knowledge of construction chemical products with proven project sales and business development experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant project sales experience, preferably in construction chemicals or related construction products.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction chemical products handled.
• Experience managing large fit-out projects.
• Exposure to fit-out companies, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Experience with consultant-led specifications and product approvals.
• Ability to combine technical support with business development and project sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing relationships with fit-out companies, contractors and subcontractors.
• Drive portfolio sales growth across relevant construction chemical product categories.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through engagement with consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Work with consultants to secure product approvals and achieve product inclusion in project specifications.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training and product trials.
• Explain product applications, systems and technical benefits to consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Support customers with product and system selection, application guidance and technical recommendations.
• Track and manage multiple project opportunities using the company’s project management tools and processes.
• Convert project opportunities into sales while following commercial policies and project-tracking procedures.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback and share actionable recommendations for improving products and services.
• Contribute to business-plan objectives through new account development, customer relationship growth and project pipeline expansion.
