Job summary

Touq Group in the UAE construction sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth for its drymix concrete and related materials in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing strategic sales plans and expanding the company’s market reach within the UAE construction ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction materials sales, a strong UAE contractor network, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to build long-term partnerships

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management within construction materials.
Experience with Ready-Mix Concrete, Precast Concrete, Blocks or Construction Chemicals.
Established UAE contractor/developer network.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and growth.
Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and industry stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities in ready-mix concrete and related sectors.
Manage customer relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of products and services.
Achieve sales targets through planning, negotiation and business development.
