Confidential Company is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional in the UAE to lead strategic sales for aggregates and ready-mix concrete. You will cultivate key relationships with decision-makers, craft plans to expand market share, and secure high-value supply contracts.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales within construction materials, strong negotiation skills, and an established UAE network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales within aggregates, ready-mix concrete, or construction materials.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
• Active network among procurement managers, plant owners, and estimators in UAE ready-mix and construction sectors.
• Understanding of aggregate sizes, sand specifications, and concrete mix designs.
• Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle.
• Experience across procurement processes for building materials.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers in construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in B2B concrete products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules for large-scale projects while ensuring profitability.
• Conduct market analysis to identify pricing strategies and product differentiations for ready-mix and aggregates.
• Identify and secure high-volume supply contracts with Ready-Mix and asphalt plants and large projects.
• Collaborate with procurement heads, plant managers, and quality teams to meet material specs and grading requirements.
• Assess creditworthiness of new accounts, establish secure terms, and monitor on-time payments.
• Register Confidential Company in approved vendor lists for major UAE projects.
• Coordinate with weighbridge clerks and transport teams to align dispatches with client schedules.
• Provide weekly market insights to GM through monitoring regional pricing and dynamics.
