Job summary

Grandseal Building and Construction Materials L.L. C in the United Arab Emirates seeks a motivated Sales Engineer to promote waterproofing systems, construction adhesives and related building materials, while providing technical support to clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

You will develop customer relationships, identify projects, present solutions, prepare quotes, and travel to sites as needed to drive growth in roofing, basements and other building applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Chemical Engineering, Building Materials, or related field.
• Experience in technical sales within waterproofing, construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants, or building materials.
• Strong technical understanding of construction products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, distributors and project owners.
• Identify and track construction projects with potential for Grandseal products.
• Promote waterproofing products, adhesives and bonding solutions for roofs, basements and concrete structures.
• Conduct site visits, demonstrations and product trials when required.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, methods and system compatibility.
• Prepare quotations and follow up through order confirmation.
• Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
• Maintain CRM with leads, opportunities and project statuses.
