The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background with at least five years of UAE solar systems integration sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Five to seven years of relevant sales experience in UAE solar systems integration.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in current or recent role.
• Ability to communicate technical and commercial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for solar and hybrid power solutions in the UAE.
• Assess customer requirements and support the development of appropriate solar systems integration solutions.
• Conduct regular customer and site visits to understand business requirements and maintain productive commercial relationships.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining focus on commercially sustainable business.
• Maintain accurate and current customer, opportunity and sales records.
• Monitor relevant market and competitor activity and share useful commercial insights with the sales management team.
• Participate in product and sales training to maintain current technical and commercial knowledge.
