Job summary

Hilton in Dubai is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead corporate and hotel training programs, ensuring alignment with Forbes Travel Guide standards and brand service excellence. You will analyze performance trends, design targeted solutions, maintain training records, and drive continual improvement across all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires strong English communication, advanced MS Office skills, and the ability to partner with managers

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis methodologies and the ability to identify learning opportunities based on performance requirements.
• Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate engaging training programs aligned with brand standards and service excellence.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations, with linkages between training and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate, implement, and/or facilitate corporate and hotel training programs in accordance with Hilton requirements.
• Assess training needs and develop targeted solutions to support team development and business needs.
• Review and maintain training materials to align with standards, requirements, and best practices.
• Oversee and monitor departmental training, audits, and compliance training with regular follow-ups and documentation.
