Job summary

Dubai Luxury Retail is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist with a strong hospitality background to join their People team in Dubai. The role focuses on design and delivery of engaging learning programmes, onboarding, and driving a culture of continuous development.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in L&D or Talent Development, with experience in hospitality, and strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.
Hospitality industry experience is essential.
Experience delivering classroom, workshop and on‑the‑job training.
Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Design, coordinate and deliver learning programmes across the business.
Facilitate onboarding, induction and training sessions for new employees.
Identify training needs with managers and business leaders.
Develop learning materials, presentations and training resources aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support leadership development, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Ensure learning programmes promote outstanding customer service and brand standards.
Maintain training records and prepare regular reports.
