Job summary

Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort in Dubai, seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to identify training needs and develop cost-effective initiatives aligned with the hotel's goals. You will coordinate with department leaders, design an annual training plan, manage budgets, and ensure effective onboarding and ongoing staff development across Heartists.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management to ensure onboarding and new hire training are in place.
• Supervise ongoing training initiatives and record them.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs.
• Develop an effective annual Training Plan aligned with hotel goals.
• Liaise with Department Heads on training needs and attendance.
• Structure and monitor the training budget with Director of T&C.
• Provide guidance on training opportunities and career development.
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities and calendars.
