Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis methodologies
• Adult learning principles and effective training methodologies
• Ability to design and evaluate engaging training programs
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations and service standards
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training/reporting systems
• Strong analytical and observational skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze performance trends and drive improvements
• Ability to coach and engage team members
• Ability to build relationships with department leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate, implement, and facilitate corporate and hotel training programs in line with Hilton requirements.
• Assess training needs through performance trends, guest feedback, audits, and consultations with department leaders.
• Review and update training materials to align with Hilton standards and current best practices.
• Oversee departmental training programs including Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness and ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records and develop the annual hotel training calendar with reports.
• Collaborate with managers and trainers to identify development opportunities and action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of hotel standards through audits and performance monitoring.
• Lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence across touchpoints.
• Embed learning and coaching into daily operations to reinforce service standards.
• Monitor and report on training and quality initiatives and gather feedback for improvement.
