Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Dubai is seeking a result-driven Inside Sales professional to promote our training courses to prospective clients. You will conduct outbound calls, follow up leads, and aim to exceed monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in telesales, a business degree preferred, and strong English communication and negotiation skills. Experience in the Training Industry is highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in telesales or inside sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/related field.
• Experience in the Training Industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion with a track record of meeting targets.
• Good customer service mindset and ability to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote courses.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships, addressing questions about training programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits.
• Act as primary contact for clients throughout the sales process.
• Research client needs to tailor the sales approach.
• Identify opportunities to expand course offerings based on feedback.
• Maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
