Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Abu Dhabi to conduct outbound calls promoting our training programs. You will follow up on leads from multiple channels, work to enroll prospective students, and consistently meet monthly targets while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience, excellent English communication, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
Candidates from Training Industry background are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and ability to engage clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote courses and services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels to enroll students.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting courses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing questions.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits tailored to client needs.
Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Research training needs of potential clients to tailor the sales approach.
Identify opportunities to enhance course offerings based on feedback and trends.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
