Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Dubai is seeking a proactive telesales executive to promote our courses and drive enrollments. You will handle outbound calls, follow up on leads, and aim to exceed monthly KPIs by selling training programs.

You will build strong client relationships, tailor information to client needs, manage CRM records, and coordinate with India-based prospects while based in Dubai. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2+ years of sales experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote courses.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting courses.
