Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Training Industry background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote courses and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and address questions.
