Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Candidates from Aviation or hospitality background mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Blue Oceans products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting courses to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships, addressing questions about training programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to client needs.
• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
• Research and understand client training needs to tailor the sales approach.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing course offerings based on feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
