Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven telesales professional to promote our training courses. You will conduct outbound calls, follow up on marketing leads, and strive to exceed monthly targets while delivering a high standard of client service.

You will tailor information on schedules and benefits, build lasting relationships, and act as the primary contact through the sales process, researching client needs and identifying new opportunities to enhance course offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience from Training Industry background preferred.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote courses to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads from marketing efforts to convert to enrollment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships, address queries about training programs.
• Provide information on courses, schedules, and benefits.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the sales process.
• Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
