Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst in Dubai to leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled modeling for pay equity and cost forecasting. The role focuses on automation, reporting, and policy optimization within Total Rewards across multiple countries.

The candidate will work with Power BI/Tableau dashboards, HRIS systems, and benchmarking tools to drive data-driven decision making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Rewards or HR.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools in HR such as People Analytics, RPA and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and AI/ML-enabled predictive modelling for pay equity analysis and cost forecasting.
• Produce real-time analysis and self-service dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop digital tools, templates, and automated workflows for Total Rewards processes.
• Support salary survey processes and benchmarking activities across countries.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on salary increases, promotions, and recruitment proposals.
• Assist with Total Rewards integration during acquisitions using data migration tools.
