Job summary

Airbus Africa and Middle East FZE in Dubai is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to develop and implement total reward strategies, manage contracts, and drive AI-powered analytics and automated HR workflows. The role demands a tech-forward, proactive professional to accelerate HR digital transformation and optimize regional reward data.

You will support annual reward cycles, budgeting, market benchmarking, dashboards, and global mobility topics while collaborating with finance and HR

Qualifications

University degree in HR or business administration.
2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
Experience driving HR digital transformation and AI-powered solutions.
Advanced HR analytics and automated workflows experience.
Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Strong English communication; team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

Supports administration of annual reward programs including salary reviews, bonus campaigns, cost of labour computation, employees share purchase and success sharing programs.
Supports annual personnel cost budget planning process and liaises with finance to provide data-driven payroll and benefits analytics for operational planning and quarterly forecasting.
Leads HR digital transformation initiatives, overseeing rollout and continuous enhancement of HR technologies, AI-driven solutions and automated workflows.
Utilizes HR analytics tools to maintain, audit and optimize the accuracy and integrity of the regional employee reward database.
Manages regional global mobility operations, including expat contract management, payroll administration, and related global mobility topics.
Prepares and evaluates employment contracts and lifecycle documentation (extensions, terminations, addendums).
Participates in salary surveys and conducts market benchmark analytics.
Develops HR dashboards, regular analytics and ad-hoc reporting to provide workforce insights.
Drives other HR and cross-functional projects as required.
