Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to design, evaluate, and administer compensation and rewards practices across the organization. You will translate complex workforce data into actionable recommendations for pay reviews, promotions, workforce planning, and policy development.

The role emphasizes building advanced analytics, dashboards, and automated workflows to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency within the Total Rewards function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in Total Rewards or HR analytics.
• Advanced Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros and VBA.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics solutions for compensation planning and pay equity reviews.
• Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reports for stakeholders.
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to identify cost trends and compensation gaps.
• Automate templates and workflows to reduce manual processing.
• Improve HR data governance, data collection, validation, and integration.
• Support salary surveys, benchmarking, and market data interpretation.
• Prepare recommendations for salary adjustments and rewards cases.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance on data migration and system improvements.
