Job summary

Client of Pink Camel seeks a highly experienced Total Rewards and People Analytics Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and HR analytics. You will own budgeting, annual salary reviews, and bonus cycles while driving HR digital transformation and AI initiatives.

Close collaboration with C-suite and HR leadership is essential for strategic workforce decisions in a multinational environment. The role requires strong financial acumen, UAE regulatory knowledge, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (MBA, MSc HR, MSc Analytics, GRP, CCP, CIPD, SHRM, CFA, ACCA) is advantageous.
Strong financial background with experience managing HR budgets, accruals, forecasting, cost analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead Total Rewards and Compensation strategy including salary benchmarking and benefits.
Manage market benchmarking across UAE and GCC.
Oversee annual salary review cycle and bonus payout process.
Manage annual bonus payout cycle including pool sizing and calculations.
Design and manage employee benefits programmes.
