Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Senior Manager Total Rewards to lead the global reward strategy within its Center of Excellence in Dubai. You will translate group frameworks into local practices that attract, retain and drive performance, oversee divisional compensation, annual cycles, benefits and compliance, and provide strategic TR advisory across geographies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards / HR experience in multi-country operations.
• Proven track record of reward delivery and HR business partnering at scale (8,000+ employees).
• Proficiency in governance, compliance, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional compensation delivery and governance across divisions.
• Execute end-to-end annual salary review, promotions and bonus cycles.
• Manage benefits designs, vendor relationships and local regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic TR advisory to HR and business leaders.
• Deliver analytics and dashboards to inform decisions across geographies.
