Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to drive advanced HR analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled modelling for compensation planning. The role works across salary benchmarking and pay equity, leveraging data from multiple HR systems.

The successful candidate will support policy implementation, job evaluation, and digital transformation of Total Rewards with strong Excel skills and experience in Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Rewards or HR.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and VBA.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for dashboards.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics and dashboards to support Total Rewards decisions.
• Create self-service reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop AI-enabled models for pay equity analysis.
• Support salary reviews, promotions, and market benchmarking.
• Automate workflows and digitalize Total Rewards processes.
