The Total Rewards Analyst will support the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation and rewards practices across Al-Futtaim. The role converts complex workforce, salary, market, and organizational data into practical recommendations for pay reviews, promotions, workforce planning, and policy development. By improving digital tools, reporting infrastructure, and automated workflows, the analyst will help strengthen consistency, compliance, efficiency, and transparency across the Total Rewards function.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Applicants should have at least five years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a closely related Human Resources function. Practical involvement in salary benchmarking, pay review cycles, job evaluation, compensation modelling, and policy analysis is expected. Advanced Microsoft Excel capability is essential, including complex formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, charts, macros, VBA, and financial or workforce data modelling. Experience with Power BI or Tableau is required, while working knowledge of SQL and data-query techniques will be valuable. Familiarity with HRIS or HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is important. Professional credentials such as Certified Compensation Professional or Global Remuneration Professional would strengthen the application. The role requires strong analytical judgment, careful problem-solving, and the ability to combine information from several systems into clear recommendations. The preferred candidate will also be comfortable working with stakeholders across HR, finance, technology, and business leadership.
