Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks a Senior Manager Total Rewards to lead the function across Automotive and Retail divisions, guiding salary structures, benefits, governance and analytics for ~14,500 employees in 14 countries.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate group frameworks into local practices, drive annual reward cycles, ensure equity and audit compliance, and deliver timely dashboards and insights across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Total Rewards/HR experience in multi-country operations.
• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications (GRP, CCP) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Apply and administer group salary structures, grading frameworks, and pay ranges across divisions.
• Lead end-to-end annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycle for all employees.
• Manage benefits administration and local compliance across divisions.
• Act as primary TR advisor to HR and business leaders across divisions.
• Deliver analytics and dashboards to inform reward decisions and drive governance.
