Job summary

The role focuses on greeting customers, directing to digital channels, ensuring documents are complete, and assisting at desks; knowledge of ADIB products, policies, and UAE banking regulations, with strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Familiar with ADIB operational policies and procedures.
• Solid understanding of UAE banking regulations and risks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Guide customers to service points and direct them to digital channels.
• Ensure customers have all required documents before waiting or queuing.
• Escort customers to the appropriate staff and handle inquiries calmly.
• Manage customer concerns and anger effectively.
• Provide branch assistance, manage QMS tokens, and help at help desk counters.
• Maintain the look and feel of ADIB branches and support operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by branch management.
