Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC is seeking a Service Ambassador (Temporary Contract) to welcome customers at the Sharjah region branch and guide them to the right service points. You will help clients with necessary documents, direct them to digital channels, and maintain orderly queues and branch appearance.

The role requires solid knowledge of ADIB products and UAE banking practices, with excellent communication to explain steps simply and promote digital channels.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Fair knowledge of ADIB operations policies and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of ADIB alternative channels (mobile/chatbot/ITM) and related services.
• Excellent communication skills to explain steps clearly and guide clients to use alternative channels.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Fair knowledge of service standards.
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Knowledge of cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Guide customers to service points and alternative channels to save time.
• Direct clients to appropriate staff and ensure required documents are ready.
• Manage customer queues and service flow at teller and service areas.
• Contribute to branch look-and-feel and overall branch experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by branch management.
