Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC in Fujairah Region seeks a Service Ambassador on a temporary one-month contract. The role focuses on welcoming walk-in customers and guiding them to service points while upholding ADIB’s professional image.

You will assist with queue management, direct clients to digital channels, and ensure required documents are ready. Strong communication and UAE banking knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Fair knowledge of ADIB policies and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of ADIB alternative channels (mobile/chatbot/ITM/CCD M) and the services offered on these channels.
• Excellent communication skills to explain steps clearly and persuade customers to use alternative channels.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Thorough knowledge of all regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE.
• Knowledge of cross-sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Guide customers to digital channels and ensure they have documents before queuing.
• Escort customers to the appropriate staff and resolve issues kindly.
• Handle QMS Tokens and assist Help Desk counters; manage teller queues.
• Maintain look and feel of ADIB branches.
• Perform any other responsibilities entrusted by branch management.
