Key responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them to digital channels, ensuring documentation readiness, escorting to staff, and assisting with queue management and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Good understanding of ADIB policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with ADIB digital channels and related services.
• Excellent communication to explain steps clearly and guide customers to channels.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Awareness of service standards and Central Bank regulations.
• Understanding of cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers and assess needs.
• Direct customers to alternative channels and confirm required docs.
• Escort customers to staff and manage queue in a courteous manner.
• Assist help desk counters and manage QMS tokens.
• Maintain branch look and feel; support branch management as needed.
• Handle customer issues and perform tasks as assigned by management.
