Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Al Ain is seeking a Service Ambassador for a temporary one-month contract. The role focuses on welcoming customers and guiding them to the right service points, while promoting ADIB’s digital channels.

Key duties include ensuring customers have required documents, assisting staff, and maintaining branch appearance. Strong communication and knowledge of retail banking are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Fair knowledge of ADIB’s Policies & Procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of ADIB alternative channels (mobile/chatbot/ITM/CCDM).
• Excellent communication skills to explain steps to customers clearly and persuade use of alternative channels.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
• Fair knowledge of service standards.
• Thorough knowledge of regulations by Central Bank of UAE.
• Knowledge of Cross Sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome & greet walk-in customers and inquire and understand their needs.
• Direct clients to alternative channels (Digital Channels).
• Ensure clients have all needed docs before waiting and taking queue.
• Handle customers in a pleasant manner and escort them to the concerned staff.
• Problems evaluation and customer anger management.
• Ambassador to handle QMS Tokens and provide assistance to Help Desk counters.
• Manage the queue at teller counters and waiting time at customer service areas.
• ADIB Branches look and feel; maintain branch appearance.
• Perform other responsibilities entrusted by branch management from time to time.
