Seara International in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a proactive Food Service Tele-Sales representative to drive sales through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email. You will coordinate with field sales and operations to fulfill orders and reactivate inactive customers.

The role focuses on follow-ups, understanding customer requirements, and achieving monthly targets while ensuring accurate order recording and timely deliveries.

• Manage and maintain regular communication with existing Food Service customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the sales/operations team for timely delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Ensure customer orders are properly recorded in the system.
• Follow up with inactive customers to reactivate their business.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and identify opportunities to increase product penetration.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues.
