Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a telesales professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and manage follow-ups. You will maintain CRM records and support the sales team to retain customers.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in sales support, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office; English is essential, Arabic and Hindi are a plus; bakery/food hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• English proficiency required; Arabic and Hindi are an advantage.
• Experience in bakery, food ingredients, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads including leads from social media.
• Follow up on quotations orders deliveries and customer feedback.
• Maintain customer records and call reports in CRM.
• Build customer relationships handle inquiries and achieve call and lead generation targets.
