Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regular communication with existing Food Service customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the sales/operations team for timely delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Ensure customer orders are properly recorded in the system.
• Follow up with inactive customers to reactivate their business.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and identify opportunities to increase product penetration.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues.
