Job summary

Mechvac power contracting LLC SOC in the UAE seeks a Business Development professional with 3–5 years in technical sales for civil construction, steel structures, fit-out contracting, or FM services. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and deliver competitive proposals.

Responsibilities include presenting technical solutions, negotiating terms, and closing orders while monitoring market trends to align strategies with regional opportunities. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/MEP engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven technical sales/business development in civil construction, steel structures, fit-out contracting, or FM services in UAE/GCC.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license with strong client network.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial, infrastructure, light civil, steel structure, fit-out, and FM project opportunities in the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
• Review tender documents, project specs, and scope of works to prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
