Job summary

HRInvest in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an accomplished sales professional to grow our HVAC and MEP portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with contractors and consultants, and drive revenue growth across the region.

With 5-8 years of direct HVAC/MEP sales, you will translate project requirements into technical solutions, deliver persuasive presentations, and manage opportunities through to closure. A valid driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of direct sales experience in HVAC or MEP.
• Established relationships with UAE MEP contractors and consultants.
• Strong technical understanding, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within the HVAC and MEP market.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
• Generate enquiries, plan client visits, and manage opportunities through to closure.
• Deliver clear technical presentations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
