Kingdom Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an ambitious Team Leader to manage an established team of at least six property consultants and drive sales performance in Dubai’s competitive market.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, monitor pipelines, and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue for the team and company. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in off-plan and secondary markets, strong leadership, and a performance-driven mindset.
