Kingdom Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an ambitious Team Leader to manage an established team of at least six property consultants and drive sales performance in Dubai’s competitive market.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, monitor pipelines, and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue for the team and company. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in off-plan and secondary markets, strong leadership, and a performance-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Must lead an existing team of 6+ real estate agents.
• Strong personal and team sales track record.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary markets.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and recruitment capabilities.
• Performance-driven mindset focused on revenue and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop an existing team of property consultants.
• Drive sales performance, deal closures, and revenue growth.
• Recruit and onboard new talent to expand the team.
• Coach agents on sales strategies, negotiations, and client management.
• Monitor targets, pipeline activity, and individual team performance.
