Job summary

Driven Properties L.L.C is seeking a motivated Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of real estate agents, driving performance and accountability. You will coach colleagues, track KPIs, and lead initiatives across listings, viewings and negotiations.

The role requires hands-on CRM use and data-driven decision making to coach the team toward success, while leading by example with your own sales performance in a dynamic Dubai market.

Qualifications

• Proven real estate experience with leadership or mentoring.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Results-driven with ability to set goals and drive accountability.
• Proficient in CRM systems and KPI tracking.
• Problem-solver with proactive mindset and motivational skills.
• Adaptable and able to lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to assigned Sales Manager.
• Manage and mentor approximately 4–15 Property Consultants.
• Specialize in communities and areas designated by their Sales Manager.
• Support team with prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations and overall performance.
• Coach and develop agents while maintaining accountability and consistency.
• Hands-on with CRM systems and using data to guide the team towards success.
• Lead by example through personal sales performance.
