Role Context
The Talent Management Specialist will support people-focused initiatives across departments by coordinating onboarding, talent acquisition support, training activities, employee experience projects, team events, and HR process improvements. The role requires strong communication, presentation, training, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills. The successful candidate will work with department teams, leadership, Global People Services, employees, and hiring stakeholders to strengthen talent processes and help create a positive workplace experience aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between departments to support cohesive talent management outcomes and effective people initiatives.
- Create, coordinate, and manage onboarding processes to help new hires quickly integrate into the company culture.
- Ensure new employees receive a positive onboarding experience with clear communication, structured support, and timely follow-up.
- Organize and plan team events, employee engagement activities, development sessions, and growth-focused initiatives.
- Support recruitment activities by helping attract strong talent and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for key business roles.
- Coordinate with hiring teams and HR stakeholders to support talent needs, recruitment progress, and candidate experience.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to help employees develop job-related skills and improve performance.
- Support employee learning, skill-building, and development initiatives across teams.
- Work with Global People Services to improve employee experience through HR projects, process enhancements, and new initiatives.
- Bring practical ideas to improve talent management, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and internal HR services.
- Evaluate business and people performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Make recommendations that support operational performance, financial objectives, and workforce effectiveness.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR or talent processes and escalation issues when appropriate.
- Use data and business insights to support practical solutions for straightforward talent management challenges.
- Handle confidential employee and business information with professionalism, judgment, discretion, and integrity.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between HR, business departments, leadership, and employee support teams.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contribute to a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
Ideal Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent management, employee experience, recruitment support, learning and development, or a related people function.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use data to solve business problems and support evidence-based HR recommendations.
- High level of integrity, judgement, and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Good understanding of onboarding, recruitment coordination, talent pipeline development, employee engagement, and training support.
- Ability to work with moderate guidance while building deeper knowledge of company processes, business drivers, and HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, events, training activities, and stakeholder requests.
