Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, type, format, and proofread business documents, correspondence, forms, letters, reports, and internal communications.
  • Carry out administrative assignments requiring sound knowledge of office procedures, organizational policies, and established business processes.

  • Maintain department and project office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
  • Answer telephone calls, record and relay messages, resolve routine matters, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Process timesheets, vacation requests, supply requisitions, and other routine administrative documentation.
  • Maintain accurate team holiday and leave records.
  • Produce and distribute memos, letters, forms, reports, and other business correspondence.
  • Review and respond to routine emails within the assigned level of responsibility.
  • Maintain current employee, customer, vendor, and business contact information.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and package distribution.
  • Support employees and managers with general administrative requests and office coordination.
  • Scan, copy, bind, print, and organize documents required for departmental or project activities.
  • Assist with special projects requiring document preparation, scheduling, records management, or administrative follow-up.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification.
  • 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
