Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Global People Services Management team and stakeholders to identify employee training needs across business and project functions.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions and coordinate learning activities to support workforce capability development.
- Develop onboarding programs, training curriculum, and on-the-job learning content for new and existing employees.
- Analyze training effectiveness and recommend updates to improve learning outcomes, employee readiness, and operational performance.
- Provide guidance and support to new employees to help accelerate onboarding and improve early-stage productivity.
- Design, create, update, and refresh training documents, learning materials, guides, and employee support resources.
- Develop monitoring processes to confirm employees are performing responsibilities in line with training standards and role expectations.
- Coordinate HR system testing for upgrades, enhancements, and process changes.
- Organize testing scripts, testing methods, user testers, and tracking tools for HR system improvement activities.
- Support implementation of talent management initiatives in a hands-on, project-driven environment.
- Work with HR, operations, and people services teams to improve talent processes, training workflows, and employee experience.
- Use feedback, assessment results, and operational needs to improve training content and talent management practices.
- Maintain clear documentation, action tracking, and progress updates for assigned talent management initiatives.
- Support team members with practical expertise and help colleagues apply talent management guidelines and policies effectively.
Ideal Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, talent management, learning and development, people services, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Experience working in a hands-on, project-driven HR environment.
- Previous exposure to HR systems is required; Oracle experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in client-focused operations or employee service delivery.
- Experience developing and implementing HR initiatives, training programs, onboarding content, or employee development processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
- Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Good judgment in decision-making and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders, guide employees, and present information clearly.
