Responsibilities

  • Work within defined parameters, applying established concepts to administrative issues of medium to high complexity.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files.
  • Prepare and submit tickets to the Global People Services team for HR system updates.
  • Review and approve employee payroll claims and submit HR/payroll system updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with general HR, payroll, and timesheet queries.
  • Prepare employee documentation, including offer letters, employment verification, salary letters, and promotion letters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Conduct or coordinate orientation sessions and exit interviews.
  • Manage benefit enrollments and exits with system updates.
  • Support HR processes by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, maintaining data, and preparing status information.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics as required.
  • Support broader HR initiatives and assigned administrative activities.

HR Administration and Systems
