Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global People Services Management team and other stakeholders to identify employee training needs and coordinate appropriate training sessions.
• Develop programs and curricula for employee onboarding and on-the-job training.
• Assess training effectiveness and determine appropriate modifications where improvements are required.
• Provide support and coaching to new employees to help accelerate their onboarding.
• Design, create, maintain, and refresh training documentation.
• Develop processes for monitoring whether employees are carrying out their responsibilities in accordance with their training.
• Coordinate system testing associated with upgrades and enhancements, including organizing testing scripts, establishing tracking methods, and coordinating testers.
• Apply Talent Management knowledge and best practices to improve relevant services and processes.
• Support colleagues with less experience by sharing practical and conceptual expertise within the discipline.
• Address complex Talent Management issues while operating within established organizational guidelines and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-7 years of HR and-or Talent Management experience.
• Bachelor 's Degree preferred.
• Experience working in a hands-on, project-driven environment.
• Experience with HR systems; Oracle experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience developing and implementing initiatives.
• Background in client-focused operations.
• Strong assessment and analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and work effectively under pressure within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Degree Equivalency Requirement

Successful candidates holding a degree will be required to provide a degree equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR).
