Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai is seeking a senior Talent & Culture leader to drive HR strategy and oversee day-to-day operations of the department. You will shape employee relations, reward strategies, onboarding, and wellness programs while partnering with leaders to meet business goals.

The role requires a proven track record in hospitality HR, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage a budget and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with strong HR knowledge.
• Professional HR certification is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operation of the Talent & Culture Department.
• Develop and implement HR strategies across employee relations, total rewards, recognition, administration and wellbeing.
• Promote positive colleague relations through open communication and trust.
• Effectively manage the annual Talent & Culture budget.
• Lead recruitment and selection for all leadership positions.
• Monitor staffing to align with business needs and forecasts.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Organize annual performance review processes in line with policies.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and workplace safety standards.
