Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions and drive people strategies that support the hotel's objectives.

You will partner with the General Manager and department leaders to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and compliance with UAE labor laws, while building an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in international hotels.
• Experience with HR Local systems and practices is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR strategy aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.
• Advise the General Manager and Executive Committee on people-related matters.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that enhances engagement and productivity.
• Oversee recruitment strategies across all levels of the hotel.
• Lead associate relations, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Champion learning and development to support leadership growth and career progression.
• Monitor HR metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll, costs, and budgeting.
• Drive wellbeing, recognition and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop future talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Promote a safe working environment with OHS compliance.
• Build relationships with hospitality schools and industry partners.
