Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment postings, screening resumes, interviews, and candidate databases.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain HRIS and other HR databases accurately.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations.
• Support employee relations, events, and recognition programs.
• Assist with training and development programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
