Grand Mercure Business Bay is seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to lead talent and culture initiatives within the UAE hospitality sector. You will partner with management on staffing, compensation, benefits, training and labor relations, ensuring adherence to UAE laws and Accor standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to employee engagement and compliance. Dubai-based, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or hotel management.
• Extensive experience in HR leadership within UAE hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law MOHRE and visa processes.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
• Lead Talent & Culture programs and manage labor relations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance including WPS and end-of-service.
• Contribute to manpower planning, budgeting and training development.
