Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a Cluster General Manager to drive hotel strategy, quality, and profitability across Rooms, F&B and Meetings. You will lead a diverse team, foster innovation, and align sub-contractor partnerships with business targets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop talent, build owner relations, and champion a sales-driven culture while monitoring budgets and implementing procedures across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Degree to Masters or equivalent in hospitality, sales, or F&B.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in hospitality, F&B, tourism.
• Leadership experience in a hotel brand or similar business.
• Strong business acumen with KPI delivery and profitability focus.
• Ability to grow and develop self and others.
• Strategic, creative, and able to communicate effectively.
• Proven leader able to inspire others and drive results.
• Fostering positive owner relations and maximizing performance.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Cluster General Manager in implementing the brand and hotel strategy.
• Manages all positions in remit and ensures team development.
• Drives innovation and renewal in service, especially for meetings and events.
• Ensures quality across Rooms, F&B and Meetings services with guides.
• Oversees sub-contractor agreements for quality and profitability targets.
• Leads cross-department projects, benchmarking competitors.
• Instills a sales mindset through incentives and upselling.
• Sets sales and expenses budgets and enforces procedures.
