Job summary

Accor Grand Mercure Dubai is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support policy development, staffing, compensation, training and labor relations. You will deputize for the Director of Talent & Culture and lead initiatives in performance management and succession planning in line with UAE laws.

You will champion Accor's People & Culture standards, roll out Heartist culture programs, manage HRMS and payroll processes, and ensure compliance across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Hotel Management.
• 3–5 years HR management experience in UAE hospitality.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE, WPS.
• English proficiency essential; MS Excel/Word skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in the hotel.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, legal compliance and WPS processes.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment across the hotel.
• Lead talent development, succession planning and performance management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure UAE health and safety compliance.
