Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking a proactive Staffing Agency Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients. You will meet with clients to define qualification criteria, publish ads across channels, and source passive candidates via LinkedIn and local job boards.

You'll screen resumes, conduct interviews, provide shortlists, keep clients informed on progress, and build talent pipelines for future roles. Strong English, ATS experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc in HRM, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter or similar.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to manage early hiring stages including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience with various interview formats (phone, in-person, group).
• Experience evaluating candidates across industries and seniority levels.
• Knowledge of ATS, resume databases, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria.
• Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media.
• Source and contact passive candidates via LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, and other platforms.
• Network with candidates offline during job fairs.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.
• Update clients on hiring status and candidate progress.
• Prepare candidates before client interviews.
• Create talent pipelines for future job opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of applicants, resumes, and interview evaluations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates to maintain strong relationships.
